is the motto of Francis-Xavier Sosu.
Francis considers his legal practice as a calling from God and has since been a voice to the voiceless in all circumstances regardless political affiliations.
In his 8 years of legal practice, Francis has confronted and overcome very tempestuous legal challenges and succeeded in all his works.

Francis Agyare
Francis Agyare was on remand for 14years without trial. Francis represented and got him compensation against the State. It was the first Human Rights action that opened up the space for such major challenges in Ghanaian Courts.
Dr. Ali Gabas
A medical doctor that abused a minor. Francis represented the victim until the court convicted and sentenced Dr. Gabas to 25years in prison having been found guilty of the crime.
Charles Antwi
Charles was a mentally deranged young man who was jailed for 10years for attempted assassination of President John Dramani Mahama. Francis represented him and the court quashed his 10-year conviction by certiorari.
Ut eget felis
A young teacher who was jailed 15years with hard Labour for defilement of a minor. The only evidence available was the pregnancy of the child. Francis appealed at the Supreme Court and a DNA evidence proved that he was innocent. He was acquitted and discharged at a time that he had already served the 15-year jail term. Francis filed a case for his compensation at the Supreme Court and succeeded. He has since been reinstated as a teacher and living his normal life.
Eric Asante
Francis represented a young woman who was abused by her Lebanese boss who poured pepper in her face. Francis succeeded in getting compensation for her and her boss was convicted and sentenced.
Obinim’s abuse
He represented victims of police and military abuses, victims of religious abuses; Obinim’s abuse of young church members; Catholic priest who impregnated a girl and refused responsibility.

The young man paralyzed by bill board at flower pot, Spintex Road.
Francis
Francis has represented several 100s of prisoners on remand through the JUSTICE FOR ALL PROGRAM.
Francis ban
In 2017, Francis was unlawfully banned from active practice by the General Legal Council. Many human rights watchers and civil society described the ban as "Lawless" and an affront to natural justice. IMANI Ghana, Ghana Disability Forum, United for National Interest, International Association of People's Lawyers among many others spoke against the ban and called for the reinstatement of Francis.
Francis filed an appeal
Francis filed an appeal against the ban at the Accra High Court. The Court on 11th July, 2018 quashed the 3-year ban paving the way for him to continue his practice.
Francis exploits
Francis keeps doing exploits through his Global Human Rights outreach and recently delivered a very inspirational speech at the United Nations, during a Human Rights Summit Organized by the Youth For Human Rights International in 2017.
